How To Find New Members

Hey IFT Members, 

Have you been looking for an easier way to get in touch with our new members? Well, we've rolled out a couple of new features to highlight our new members.  

  1. New IFT Member Ribbon  
    Every new member will have a ribbon shown in their profile.   

  2. New IFT Member Search Filter  
    Now you can also search who our new members are by going to the Advanced Search.

    Simply select New IFT Members and scroll down till you see the Find Members button click on it and continue to scroll down to find a list of our new members.  

    We wanted to give our community leaders along with our members an easier way to welcome and assist our new members as they are trying to navigate and find their place within the IFT Community. 

    Benefit: It is super helpful to have new members identified because now community leaders can reach out to our new members and welcome them to our community.  

    Community leaders will have an easier time welcoming their new members as we hope this will make it a more welcoming environment.

This is a good start to identifying new members.  Thanks for sharing.  I will bring it up at the SCIFTS Summer Planning meeting.
